David Abernathy Sold Me A stolen Truck and Stole my money

I bought a 1999 Chevrolet Surburban from Abernathy December 10 and got into a wreck in June. And when the police came the truck came back stolen. Mr Abernathy told me he would get me another truck. But He never came through. He also repoed my van so that I would give him the 9300.00 insurance check from my wreck and he never returned my calls after that day. I have been trying to get a lawyer ever since.
