Extremely dissatisfied

Same problem as the other poster. I ordered parts, they charged me, then sent an email saying that the parts were on backorder. I tried to cancel but their phone goes straight to voice mail and no email is listed. The confirmation email I received was autogenerated with a "Do not reply to this email" note.
