I ordered $45 in garage door parts from this "company" on April 3rd. They sent a confirmation email, but have not delivered. As with the other complaints here, I tried to email, call, and fax this company, but there is no way to actually make contact with them. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but I expect that they will not have success either. I should've checked this site FIRST before I ordered! Frustrated... But lesson learned.
