I ordered several parts so that I could fix my dishwasher. The parts came in and I discoverd that I didn't need 5 of the parts that I ordered. Tried to return them for refund only to find out that all of the parts I ordered were NOT returnable. Nowhere on the website I saw that these items were not returnable, in fact, the confirmations email and the email that the parts were shipped both stated that if you wanted to return something to call their number for a return number. This is absurd! All I wanted was, my money back for the 5 things I have that are unopened and untouched. This is a racket. Beware of ordering ANYTHING from them.
