Ripped Off by Centreporte RV

On August 21 we made a contract with cENTREPORTE RV for them to order a part and ship it to us. They were suppose to get the information regarding the part from the RV before we took the RV off the lot. Since, they had no intentions of honoring the contract they did not get the information to order the part. We live in Greensboro, NC, so it is not feasible for us to return the RV for them to get the information. We are not RV specialist so we cannot find the information. Now they are going to get away with breaking the contract. It will cost us money to take it to another RV dealer which is way north of Greensboro in another town and we live in SE Greensboro. Since the RV dealer will not make any money selling the part, they will charge to look to find out what part is needed. We were RIPPED OFF!
