Charging but not doing the work

I took in a starter for a atv and they charged me for opening the starter and checking the shaft and the bearing. They said it was good and charged me 21 dollars I had a mecanec take it apart and the bearing was froze and the shaft scored please tell lisa that she is not a judge of any kind of motor cycle work and her customer relations stinks. For me it tells me what honda has for dealers and I will do my best to tell everyone else what they are like.By the way i have asked around goldendale wash and I am only one of many who have had problems with them please ask some of the people in goldendale
