I've been a Money One Auto-Finance client since 2003. I recently bought another car in 2008. I experienced some economic stress and registered due to their Vehicle Pay Catch-Up Strategy. I had been informed when I registered for that strategy my consideration could be swept up with no damaging info could be documented towards the credit agency. It was a rest. They documented a 30-time late to my credit history so when I named they'd not do something about this. I've attempted to consult with somebody in customer support however it hasn't served. I'm considering employing an attorney processing a-class action suit. They've the toughest company methods of any organization I've actually transacted business with.
