Ami - salesman beware of this car dealer -look trusting but major crooks! Get carfax report before buying

I was looking for a car in a car and truck guide magazine and with a budget of $3,000.00 for a used car. I found Carchoice Motors Inc. Selling a Mazda Miata 1995 for $1500.00. I called them up and ask for this particular car with air conditioning on the ad and spoke to a person name Ami.in short i went there and check the car and they said that they will work out a deal for me and did not pay attention so much in the car engine, no gas cap, no spare tire and etc.
I purchased the car for a total price of $3693.02 payable in 3 months with a down payment of $1300.00 in trusting that they will put a radio on the car, fix the tire that is making noise in the right hand and right door that is not opening because the lock is broken. The published mileage is not the same it is 20,000 miles higher. This people look very trusting and i never pay attention to this problem as major.
On my way to Fort Lauderdale, the car broke down in the freeway and i had it towed to the mechanic that i have known for a long time. The car has major problem that i had it fixed and spend a lot of money on it. This put me behind on my payment. The recovery towing company bothered my elderly patient in the middle of the night for a phone call and keep harassing my job for my cell phone number, which they should have on the first place. This cause me to loose my job and it is hard to find a job at this time of economic crisis. I adviced them already not to call my job and they did not listen. I am hoping this will serve other consumer to be aware of this car dealer.
