This scooter is not worth the $

Our 2008 Lance F4 Interceptor won't begin when external conditions are 50F or cooler. The scooter has 700 unique miles. This appears to be this type of difficulty that many people don't depend on driving them within the chilly months. There's no remedy... Ive Appeared. Ive had the "choke" system changed and carbohydrate. Modified by my bike mechanic. This scooter isn't worth the $.
