David promised Title to be mailed with in a few days and it still has not been recieved. Purchased a 97 Mustang from him at his home.
He won't return calls, finally caught him in a lie when I found these other reports on usacomplaints.com. Always answers phone as Matt until I asked if his wife Wendy would be home when I came for the Title. He went off cussing and threatning me.
He works out of his house and from other cases is good at scamming people.
He advertises on Craigs List and E-bay as well. He always has an excuse why its not been mailed out. This guy is a thief and a liar. Heres his add so don't fall to his scam
