I called Longbo for several parts for a 2006 LB150T-12. I needed a front cover. Jimmy sent it to me. I found it did not fit. He said you can make it fit. I reminded him it was for a 2006 and than he said it wont work and they cant get that part at all. He said they are pretty much disposal after a few years so they cannot get parts for this year. Jimmy said nothing he can do. I called back and Christine answered and once I explained it to er she just hung up. From what I have found they are the only two who run this place. Even the dealers I called said they were very bad to deal with and the only reason they do is there scooters are cheap.in all my dealings with cycle companies, I have never run into two morons like this before. Think only once about buying one of there scooters, Just don't if you ever want any support. I have herd nothing but horror stories about them
