Cross Country Automotive Service
(dba: Cross Country Motor Club) (Over billed, double-billed, refuses to respond)

Cars & Transport

I called them and requested a tow service @ the local Ford Dealers recommendation. They quoted a one-time fixed fee of $49. They dispatched a kid w/jumper cables.
After Telecon with the staff (and her Supr), they redispatched a tow service citing a one-time fixed fee of $59. They dispatched a tow service as initially requested.
The "one-time fixed fee of $49" was not supposed to be billed, but was @ $59.95.
The "one-time fixed fee of $59" was billed at $64.
For both transactions they promise a receipt on the date of service (08-Mar). As of this writing, they've not supplied either.
Upon inquiry (verbal and written), they promise to investigated and respond. They never respond. My bank back-charged the $59.95.
