I signed up with Giganews this spring. They have double billed each month from they onset. I called the contact number to report this and there is only a message to use the giganews e-mail system. I contacted them in Sept and reported the double billing and asked them to cancel services. They then double billed $29.99 twice on the same day in Oct. I sent a new email requesting a refund since I requested to stop in Sept prior to the new billing cycle. I had to change my c.C. #and even after that they tried top double bill me again today. They were of course blocked but can you imagine the gall of these people. Do not try this service they will rip you off!
