I hired a vehicle from Avis rental-car in Feb. 2010 for five times nicely I called back again to alter my reservation from 5 times to seven days without having to be informed that I'd be billed an additional $10.00 along with that my card was billed $50.00 additional and was informed the reason behind that's since the automobile was delivered additional filthy with pumpkin seeds and also the chair was damaged that was not the case. I named the neighborhood department which nothing was completed additionally I named customer support which ultimately gave me a $54.99 credit after I reported about my card being billed another $64.99 for that same problem with a diverse Avis. I also talked towards the Local mgr. Sherry Edwards that explained she'd consider it and provide me a call-back which that never occur I'd to contact her simply to discover the Airport Avis informed her they'd images of the filthy automobile and that I informed her I needed to determine them-which that never happened. I was never approached back and needed to get my $64.99 back from my lender.
