Lincoln Towing Parking Fee Paid But Still Got Towed

My girlfriend and I attended the Seattle Mariner's home opener in downtown Seattle and found ourselves parking in a lot miles from the stadium with a fee of $10.

We realized we only had a $20 so we paid the fee and were on our way. When we returned we found our car had been towed to Lincoln Towing in University District over 15 minutes away. After paying for a cab and going to the tow company they increased the impound fee from $279! To $340!

When I asked for a contested form they gave me one that required a $73 filling fee. This is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced and with the cab, the initial fee and the impound fee ended up costing me $400. What can I do? I hope someone out there can give me some advice and hope these crooks get what they deserve.
