Took my money, holding my car hostage

I brought my car to matt's on 02-25-10 for transmission repair, he said it would take 3 days. On 02-27 i gave him $900, on 04-01 i gave him $200 more. His quote was $1325. His phone is disconnected, when i go there, he is not there most of the time and he will not answer his cell or return my voice mail or the messages i leave in person at his shop. The few times i have seen him, he keeps putting me off and giving me a new completion date. It has been over 6 weeks. His cell number is 405-618-2176. I do have a receipt for the $1100.00.

I either want my car fixed within a reasonable amount of time, or i want my car, and all parts if not on the premises back so i can towe to another repair shop as well as the $1100.00 i have given him. I do have a receipt for the $1100.00
