Film for theater picked up after delivery leaving no copy for showing

UPS picked up a film yesterday that was just delivered. We at the Ritz Theater are now without the film we are to start showing tonight. My wife called booking and they have located a copy in Marion which we can pick up. I really feel that UPS should take care of this. Ritz theater, 202 North Meridian Street, Portland, Indiana 47371.
