Tom (Owner), Steve (Worker) Three Day of being SCAMMED

Supreme Auto in Olean, NY is the lousiest business I have ever been around. I call for a part Monday morning, and said I would come pull it myself. The part was a "Clutch Master Cylinder" for a 98 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L. Steve says Ok and gives me a price -$20.00, I go down there after work and the type of vehicle I need for the part is not there.

So I tell the owner (Tom) and he gives me a Clutch Master Cylinder for a Chevy S-10 and says "Yeah they are compatible", So I pay him the $20.00, he says "If by any change its not the right part call me and we will have to get it from the other junkyard."

Ok so I take this part home Monday night and its the wrong one, not even a close match, So I call Supreme Tuesday morning and spoke to Steve again and told him 3 times that I needed the "Clutch Master Cylinder" and that Tom said it had to come from the other junkyard. He says "Yeah ok I will have your part later tonight"

So I go to Supreme after work and low and behold! Steve tells me, "Oh we have to get it from the other junkyard so we wont have it till tomorrow." Ok... Genius... I repeated that fact to you numerous times on the phone...

So I go in Wednesday on my lunch break and say "Ok I need that part and I already paid for it", I waited around for almost 2 1/2 hours, losing time and money being away from work.

So Steve, the guy I talked to Monday, Tuesday comes out with my money and says..."Oh we thought you needed a brake slave cylinder, I cant take $20.00 for it, they are work $50-70.00, I need more money if you want the part."

I say "Its only $20 more than what you want brand new at AutoZone" He tells me "Well go buy a new one!"

If I knew that I would be scammed for 3 days straight, losing money because I did not have transportation to work, I would have just went and bought a brand new part and not have had to deal with these guys.

I suggest to anybody in Cattaragus County, New York State, to never... Ever... Get your used parts at Supreme Auto, its not worth your time, money, or even patience.
