USA Auto Parts Did not deliver what I ordered and overcharged my credit card

My ex-husband told me about this web site to get parts for our son's truck. (I know that what my first mistake, listening to the ex.) I went online and found a really good deal on some parts. I ordered them and submitted my credit card info and the whole nine yards. After I placed the order, I checked my e-mail for the usual "thanks for your order" e-mail that most companies send out two seconds after you order something, but I received no such e-mail. After two days, I heard nothing from this company so I got worried and called my credit card company. They said the charge had been denied due to the fact Drive Wire tried to run my credit card three times for the same charge. Thankfully, my credit card company rejects charges like that on the assumption they are fraudulent. I immediately called the customer service department of Drive Wire. After I sat on hold for several minutes, I explained my situation to the non-English speaking person who sounded as if they were reading from a card. They could not understand what I was trying to say concerning the three attempts to charge my card for the same purchase. Then I was put on hold to be transfered to a different department.instead of getting to speak to someone, they hung up on me. I had to go through this scenario several times before I got pissed and called the credit card company they assured me they would stop the charge. Meanwhile, Drive Wire kept sending me e-mails about my "order" that had been shipped. I gave up trying to call them back and reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent. I was lucky and was able to get my money back through my credit card company, but I wanted everyone to be aware of the scam from Drive Wire.
