Www..com ripoff Overcharged, never shipped, never canceled, never re-imbursed Would recommend for EVERYONE to stay away

Initially ordered late July, received confirmation of order and amount billed, never recieved shipment information, overcharged by $30, couldn't cancel order by email.

Called, said they canceled, never did. Told to wait until first week of October for re-imbursement due to owner being on vacation, and the only person authorized to approve re-imbursements. Called, told order was never cancelled, sent to accounting, very rude people. Spent most time on HOLD. Told they couldn't help us, to call back.

Called back several times, got the run-a-round, and spent 90% of the time on hold, and 10% arguing. Guaranteed to be re-imbursed many of times. Made calls over the course of 2 months, still no re-imbursement, still getting the run-a-round. Very VERY disatisfied, and getting really annoyed. Would recommend for EVERYONE to stay away.By the way, don't ask for employee ID numbers, they don't have any.
