Ripoff fraud - do not buy anthing from these people they are cons

I ordered a part for my kia back in June. They took the money out of my account a couple of days later. After about 2 weeks I called to see if my part was shipped. I will ship it today. They said. I will personally go back and hand deliver it to the shipping department.

Well, I have called them so many time now that I have given up. It is now October and still I haven't received my part or any explaination.

I stopped calling because they do not have a 800 number and the long distance bills were costing more than if I just would have ordered the part from Kia direct. When you finally get through they put you on hold for at least 10 minutes - so I would just hang up.

Bottom line do not trust this company. If you feel the need to order something from them please do it cod or don't do it at all! They will take your money and never send you the part.

I learned my lesson and now I am letting you in on it. Do Not Order from Parts Component Intl or autopartsland.com.
