I got the shaft at Carneeds!

My Mercedes broke down on the side of the highway in Paducah KY. My car was towed to Carneeds. They took 1 week to diagnose it incorrectly. The car would not start after it was delivered to me and they refuse to appropriately fix the true issue.in addition, they chagred me parts and labor for both spark plug wires and ignition wires. They are the same thing! Now I have to near pay $400.00 and have someone else fix the real issue which is a Crank Shaft Sensor. I was charged $1354.75 by Carneeds for absolutely nothing. I was told the car ran for 2 miles during a test drive after they repaired it. Bill asked me, "Ma'am, how long do you think we should have test drove your car?" I told him the issue was that I was double charged for parts and labor and my car is not fixed. He said my car definitely needed spark plug wires. Prove it! I guess it needed ignition wires too! The car repair industry is definitely fraudulent especially if you are a woman. Carneeds preys upon people like me that are from out of town.
