Digby southwest - swift ripoff/preplan shows 981 miles and accepted trip shows 918

DSW is the biggest ripoff company on the road. They send you a preplan that will show your miles as 981 and when you accept the load the miles get changed to 918 on your load assignment. When you call and complain they say they will adjust it on your paycheck and never do!!!
They don't pay for time sitting at the shippers for more than 2 hours even tho they promise they will. Get copies of every receipt, scale ticket and toll that you pay because linda in payroll says that swift lost them and you'll never get paid for them. They do everything they can to scam you and take your money so beware. Doug the owner is nothing but a scamming scumbag!!!
