Rip off with a capital r

Went to a car show here in phoenix arizona and had this guy selling rechromed bumpers for a good price. I bought a bumper for a 54 chevy belair from him paid him the cash and asked about about a front bumper for same car said he had it and wanted a deposit sor it would ship it out right away he got on phone and made a call took my address and phone number and said he needed to get 160.00 cash up front and told person on other end of phone he received the money and gave them my address and also a receipt for both my purcheses. When i got home the bumper did not fit and could not reach him for over a month when i did reach him said he will mail it out ups next day delivery still waiting no bumper or bumpers took money and wont answer any calls stay away he is a rip off big time!!! Going to ca soon will deal with him then if anyone knows or sees him at a swap met for classic cars stay away from him
