Over charge and Hidden charges

Was over charged Lake County, IL. Sales tax. Showed them the Illinios state page that states the vehicle sales tax in Lake County, IL. They just tossed it away. Was informed by salesman that there wasn't any other charges. Then they added a very high doc fee on final sales slip. No offer to refund sales tax, or applogy for the very high doc fee, that is not required by the state of ILLinois. No help in picking up the car, took the money and just left us sitting there. I went and found the car, put the plates on it myself and drove away. Low fuel light was on, gauge was below empty and no offer of a gallon or two of gas to get to gas station. Just made it into station lot, pushed it to the gas pump. No concern for the customer as stated on their web site by Bob Rohrman himself.
