Folsom Lake Nissan - Created inferior lease terms so that they could make more money

I purchased a Rouge from Nissan of Folsom Lake. I was trading in my Lexus ONLY because I wanted to have lower payments and that is what I told the sales people at Folsom Lake Nissan. They ran my credit, which was PERFECT. My credit score was 825, which is about as good as it gets. I was offered a 39 month lease with payments of $337 per month. I told them that those payments seemed high but they said that they were offering me a deal. Within 2 day of my purchase, they were running ads, offering an UPGRADED MODEL of the Rouge with a lease of 24 months and payments of $229. When I called the Corporate office of Nissan, I was told that the dealers were not obligated to offer me the special leases and that I was Ignorant not to have know what was available before I went out to purchase. The dealership also told me that they were not obligated to tell me about the special leases available (even though, I would have qualified). As far as I can tell, Folsom Nissan did not break any laws but I believe that they were not ethical. I would caution anyone, who was considering purchasing a vehicle from them
