Cashback Auto reposession, racist, rude, sexist

I purchased a vehicle with Cash Backs auto back in late 2009 and in the early morning of 03/25 my vehicle was reposed. I called the office at 9:00 am that morning and talked to Rick the regional manager, who from the start was very rude. I informed Rick I had called the police when I saw my car was missing and they informed me Cash Backs had the auto. I asked him why was the car reposed and he told me no payment was made. I went on to tell Rich that I made the payment on 03/01 (payment was due 02/28 however it was a Sunday) and it has been debited from my bank account. After further investigation it was confirmed that they had received the payment however one of his employees did not print a receipt and they processed the payment to the wrong car. I than asked if they could return the car from where the reposed it from. His answer to me was that he did not know what time they could take the car back.
