Auto seller network.com lie cheat steal, trick, dishonest, gorilla sales tactics

This company works like this:
1- You list a vehicle for sale, vie kijiji, craigslist, autotrader etc
2-They cruise these places for victims and contact you offering a guarantee to get you top market value for your vehicle.
3-They charge a small listing fee of 75.00 and just over 300 for the guarantee "insurance" if you do not go for the guarantee it costs you 200.00 to list.
4 you pay and then they send you a document that you need top fill out and send to them by registered mail within 15 days for yout guarantee insurance. If you send it any other way they do not refund you.
In my case I got a call from a very pleasant sounding lady saying that she could teke my information for the guarantee insurance over the phone, bang they got me as the legal doc stated I had so send it in by registered mail and there was no proof that I talked to this girl so they declined me.
They were bbb members but due to other complaints over 60 for reneging on the refund guarantee they lost thier membership.
