Do not use, there is no guarantee or refund, they hide that fact in paperwork

I was trying to help my father sell a car on Craig's List after my mother past away when recieved a flyer form Sell It Now Motors, that promised national advertising, a very actractive website to post my car on, and if all else failed a 90 refund guarantee. What could be better and for only $ 300.00. Well it has been about four and half months and the car did not sell, so yeaterday I sent them a request asking how do I get my refund, and this is the answer i received—Mr.
You are required to fill out a Refund Registration form and send it to us within seven days after listing your vehicle with us in order to qualify for a refund. This information was included in your Welcome Package and is posted on the home page of our website. We show no record of your Refund Registration, therefore, you are no longer eligible for a refund. We will, however, continue to market your vehicle until sold. Thank You— Ok I was never sent a welcome package, never was told about the form, and today when I went to their website looking for the welcome package it is not there.
So now what, I guess when it is too good to be true it is... I was had... Played like a fool.
And i can't wait to post, blog and send notes and e-mail everywhere I can to let as many people as possible now this is a scam.
