Ripoff, they give a guarantee and do not honor it

This company guarantees that you get a 1% response to your mailings. I spent about $2300 total including postage, printing, mailling list and fees. The guarantee would give me at least $3000 for a profit. I made only $600 and was out $1700.

When I try to contact the company about their guarantee, they do not respond. The guarantee was that the company would mail for me until I got at least a 1% response. They simply do not honor their guarantee.
