Ripoff stole my money then won't talk to me on phone called me a lia

A Auto Buyer's Insurance Company stole my money from me!!! They were supposed to send the check i wrote them to the insurance Company US Security Insurance Company!!! I wrote them a check for 230.00 for a down payment in which they were supposed to send to US Security's, but whern I called them they said they only received a check for 184.00; not the amount they were supposed to receive!

When I called A Auto Buyer's to talk with the owner, every time i call Brenda says she isn't there and will not help me! She is supposed to write a check for the remainder of the down payment ($46.00) to The US Security's Insurance Company and so far have not heard anything from them!!!
