Threats, Lies, and Stealing!

Cars & Transport

My car was damaged by Hurricane IKE, and my insurance company wrote my car as a total loss. The sent SST $2612.00 to pay off the amount owed, but SST gave the insurance company the wrote address and to pay for my car. My insurance company had a stop payment issued on first check, and made sure SST got the check the second time too the right address! SST attempted to gave the first check, and of course CASH the second check too!

They also held on to the title of my car for a few weeks even when the car was paided off and also sent the title too my insurance company when they were told too sent it too me! Then SST has the nerve too demand $25.06 for the stop payment fee for the check that was canceled, and another $25.00 just for being a SST customer! They have called daily, sometimes two more more times, made threats, and demaned to talk with my wife whom is not part of this.

I am still getting calls, and letters from this company. They will be getting my response from the State of Texas Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and much more.
