One stop to this auto you will NEVER make another stop to them again

This place removed my car from my dealer's lot and took it to a location that I have never had any dealing with. My car has transmission problems. I went to pick up my car the day before Thanksgiving and one of my tires were replaced with a used/different tire and my battery was removed and replaced with a different battery. My car had to be jump started. When I bought my tires, I bought 4 tires all the same. One tire was a different brand. The key was in the ignition and I want to check my truck to see if my spare tire was still inside. My key would not come out of the ignition.

When Jerry saw me checking my trunk to see if anything was missing. He came outside of his office and told an employee to take my car. Jerry told me to take him to court. Jerry said, "I do not trust you". Jerry wanted money for repairs even though the car has not been repaired and the key problem was not a problem before. He now has my car and will not fix my car or give it back to me. I am by law not suppose to pay him until all repairs are done. I am paying auto insurance on my car and I can get it from him.

Now after reading all they problem others have had, I do not trust his repairs. BBB has One stop Auto has receiving 22 complaints this year only. This is from those who reported, what about those who have not reported this place. I have contacted the Office of Attorney General requesting that an investigation be conduct. Let us all join together against this man Jerry. His has a lot of unethical practices going on. He gets titles to individuals cars making it seem easy for financial and then finds reason to keep the cars. People go to him in good faith and then get taken advantage of. He is preying on the innocent, women, minorities, and the less fortunate. He has a use car dealer license with MVA. My automobile is a necessity and I am being inconvenience because of Jerry's unethical practices.
