Scam Artists, Incompetent

Never go to this place unless you want to be charged hundreds of dollars for incompetent work.

I decided to go here because it was close to my house... Big mistake. I had a check engine light on and I dropped it off and hoped to hear something back within two or three days at least letting me know what was going on. I never got a phone call and no one ever seemed to know what was going on. I finally talked to the mechanic and he said he though he knew what it was but had to check some things out. Anyway I never hear anything back for 6 days and finally get a call stating the work is done. I go to pay and they have charged me $525 dollars to clean a sensor that I already had cleaned and litteraly took 3 minutes to take off. They also said that they had to swap the spark plugs to see if they were the problem (which they weren't and were brand new mind you and had just been installed by me), said they had to swap the coil packs (again were brand new installed by me) and this didn't. They claimed they cleaned some carbon off the headers and that appparently was the "fix". 3 weeks later and the check engine light is back on. I am going to take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

All I am saying is that they shouldn't be charging for something that they didn't fix and things that were already replaced and anybody with half a brain could have determined this. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE it is over priced and their troubleshooting is pathetic. This place will never stay in business because their work is terrible.
