PDI Overcharged for Part and Lied to Visa

PDI sent me the wrong part (they looked up the part number themselves), didnt pay or ever offer to repay for return shipping of the wrong part and then said that the part was no longer on sale when they overcharged for the right part.
This was a telephone order off a print ad, ordered when on sale with no expiration date. When Visa investigated, the owner, Jerad Wittwer said there was a expiration date, not on the ad I bought off of but somewhere on the internet, which I ever saw and didnt order from.
I then returned the wrong part they mistakenly sent me (out of pocket, still have not been reimbursed) to PDI sent me and picked up the right part in will call after hours. PDI never told me they were charging another $100.00, I noticed it on my Visa. Jerad Wittwer, the owner was very rude, said he would be ready and lie to Visa so I wou ld never see the $100! PDI said they would give me a discount on future work... Would you go back??!!
