Overcharged part price

This guy ripped me off. He charged me $230 (with tax) for a part that costs under $ 70 at online stores and under $90 at the retailer's. When I asked him to replace the part with one that I bought from the store, he refused, saying that he will not take the part back unless there is something wrong with it. He also refused to show me the receipt for the part that he charged me $230. And then he says that he is allowed to make profit on the part, still refusing to show the receipt or how much he paid for it.
