Credit card transaction theft

On 06/18/09 I had been moving through Indianapolis whenever a demanding requirement for gas arose. I got the leave towards the Layer place where I ripped up to push & ready to gas. After swiping my Credit check card I observed the push screeen was empty. I instantly pushed the stop switch like a preventive measure. Taking up-to next push I again swiped my card and started to gas. When I was pushing I observed a guy of Asia ancestry appearing out of the shop and nearing the very first push where I'd sharpened my card. He eliminated the push handle, installing it on its aspect on the garbagecan. I thought it had been anemployee/supervisor/operator decommissioning the push. Then he started strolling toward a orange vehicle at the conclusion of the little parking lot. After returning property and researching my banking account for vacation dealings I had been billed one more $50.00 in the vendor. I instantly attacked a challenge with my lender. The vendor declined a credit to my acount since he could display two bills.

I'd like only to determine this individual ceased of robbery.
