He wanted $1200 cash for the car. I only had $1000 i told him i would pay off the car the next week, he said financing would be better. He made me pay for tow and the piece for the car. I asked for my money back he said no i could trade and he would give me $600 back towards another one of his vehicles and also wanted $1200 more down. He keeps making excuses about the part that i already took up to him. I keep trying to talk to him, he won't get on the phone to talk to me. He has his secretary say he's busy every time i call.
