Ripoff

I wanted to report this company because they really take advantage of the little guy and it makes me sick. We recently moved to Arizona and due to the heat our car had it. We don't have very good credit and we came to Arizona for a job that was offered to my husabnd, we figured we would start a better life for us and our 4 kids.

Being that our credit wasn't so hot we decided to go to Southwestern Auto sales, where they let us put 350.00 down on a car. The first car that they gave us was a junker, we signed all the paperwork and didn't even make it home. They attempted twice to fix the car, but they were unsuccessful, so they gave us another car.

This car has ran pretty good. We had a problem though, the same company that moved us to Arizona ended up letting go of 200 of its employees with no severance package. We did everything in our power to make this car payment. We Called and setup payment arrangements and the like. We finally got to the point to where we only owed 200.00 on the car. I advised them that we could make the payment on 09/26/03. They wouldn't return our calls and Last night they came to pick up the car over only owing 200.00.

It makes me mad because we have done everything we could to keep the car and then they give us no notice and in the middle of the night like cowards they come to take it. I'm tired of seeing companies take over the little guy. This really needs to stop and who is going to stop it. The rich stay rich and buy off some one and the poor work theirselves to death to come out with nothing. I hope that I have given some insight, I rather walk than go to a buy here pay here, because they will (or this company) will surely take advantage of you.
