On 2/13 I took my federal tax refund to St. Pete Auto Sales to see a car previously reviewed on their website. Arrived at 11:30 am and gave Scott, the sales mgr $ 750.00 for a good faith down payment for a car not driven yet. At 6pm saw and drove the car, over 330000 miles and did not want it. I asked for my down payment deposit to be refunded and I have been getting the run around ever since.in addition a contract was not signed. A few days ago, I noticed a few women with the same problem about 6pm. These women had gave a lot of cash and asked for refunds and then were guided to junk cars that still have problems.
If this were to be put on TV, I would bet a lot of previous customers would come forward about this matter. This is called taking advantage of women!
