Paint coming off

I've a 2003 Show truck with 97,000 miles, the color is coming down on top of automobile, the GM bodyshop explained it's a manufatures deficiency, GM won't do something about this, they stated it's the current weather in your town, this color about the attributes is ideal situation, where i reside is Illinois so we don't have any issue with weater, Our freind includes a 1994 chevy and also the color still appears like fresh. I y you've a GM product the color is coming down, please record it before each goes broke again, today can you purchase another GM item?
