Ripoff my car paint is peeling and flaking off & i know of others that the same thing is happining to othewise car is in excellent condition and low miles

Paint is peeling and flaking off car there is another car right down from me that is the same and it is doing the same thing. This car is in excellent condition and has only 54,000 miles and everything ever done on this car has been maticulously documented, and all records kept. I can not get anyone from buick to acknowledge me or even take a complaint but it is apparent that there is a defect in the type of paint that was used i have seen and heard from many people saying that there was a problem with the type of paint they used but i cant get any answers or anyone to acknowledge that fact
