Nationwide Premier Program has refused to replace an engine in my 1996 Pontiac. They are stating that the vehicle was neglected. This is not true. The claims supervisor, Chris Handley, refuses to give me his report on this claim. He stated I have to supeona it! I need this vehicle. It is in Phoenix and I have relocated to Lake Havasu City. The vehicle is still financed and I can't drive it. Please help me!!!
