Did not fix broken generato

The turbine we bought from "alex" stopped working. For months we asked to get a fresh portion to repair the issue. Plenty of guarantees, no part. We tried to get your credit co. To obtain our money back but alex informed them he was helping us so that they refused your demand. Within the next 14 weeks we held seeking the best part and he said he bought it many times. When we finally received a component that wa designed to work, it had been ineffective. He asked for people to go to some generator repair location (where it's today) and when they decided what it required, alex might have the component. Alex never returned the calls in the generator repair to get the manual for this so he could precisely diagnos the issue.
