Gas pumps

Nicely for me personally this criticism began with buying gasoline on 1/27 At wilco hess #18801 that will be on west 58hwy Wilson. When I had been completed moving the gas. I was published out a bill in the push. I spot the push bill like a complete gasoline puschase of $31.00 and also the push was displaying $28.93. Now I thought that perhaps it'd published a bill for that pervious client, and so I went inside and informed the woman behind the counter. Then I believed she'd produce a bill from inside but she explained the device wasn't functioning so she stated that she'd hand-write me one. I stated ok. She placed it published the day and published the gasoline quantity but didn't signal it. I have a hess card that I take advantage of to purchase gasoline with, in about two times I'll have the ability to observe that which was billed to my account. This might pan out okay, two times I'll understand, easily is going to do anymore company with hess whatsoever.

Next criticism recently (2/1) I went to the same wilco hess which is were i normally buy gas. I went to pump #3 put in my hess card it ask for my zip code and when i put my first number in it would not let me do anything else. It wouldn't let me clear, cancel or like i said anything. Well I figured again, i should just stop figuring. As i was saying i figured that they could set the gas pump and i could pay inside. Well when i went inside this young blonde haired lady was behind the counter, the exact same one which waited on ME-1/27. I informed her I had been having an issue with push #3. Then she informs me that push Number 3 isn't working. She explained I'd need to proceed to another pump. If she understood it wasn't operating why had she or even the supervisor not place an email about the push or atleast carrier it.

Next criticism, I returned there today (2/2) to buy gas since i didn't bother moving to another pump like the lady told me to. I don't even know what the pump was today, i just know it wasn't number three. Well today i put my hess card in. It ask for my zip code, i put that in then i hit start, then it wanted me to enter a number from 0 to 9, or clear the transaction. I canceled the transaction. Left the pump never to buy gas there at this hess wilco trade again. I have been faithfully purchaseI haveng all of my Gasoline as of this company for around one year. And before that many of times given that they have now been open. No more!!!
