Bad treatment of oil pan plug

On Jan. 29 2010 My wife while shopping at Walmart super store in Farmington, NH Decided to have the oil changed at their Auto Ctr. Our vehicle is a 2002 Ford escape Xlt having 107,692 miles which we purchased at Brattleboro Ford, Brattleboro, Vt. 08/12. At that time We were assured the Escape was in very Good Condition and along with fixing an Exhaust leak Brake cables and An Oil change was done with filter. At Walmart my wife was called over the PA system to return to Auto servce. The tech who called Her back to Service Explain to Her there was a Major problem with the Oil Plug in the Bottom of Oil pan, Seem's Who ever changed the oil before Stripped the Plug threads and used patch Job to fix the stripped plug and now there is no way to replace the plug and which means the car cann't be run because No Oil can be installed. The only time Before This attempt to change the Oil was Done at Brattleborro Ford. I had to have my car towed to a Ford Dealer in the Farmington area because Walmart does not do major work jobs. At Granite Ford where it was towed, other inspection revieled that the former Garage that did the Oil Change Stripped out the Pan so Bad it was Impossible to fix, There Cost was $1100.00 for new Pan, gaskets and labor. Again The last Garage to Change the Oil was Brattleboro Ford in Brattleboro, Vt. I'll leave you with this, Mark Rountree said He would look at the Past work of His Employees if I would bring him the car. Being on a fixed income Doesn't allow me to have it Towed 127 Miles to be looked at and be told I'll suggest what to do. So I set in Rochester NH Out $1100.00 With No One Excepting the blame. I have my through and where it Lies, to Bad us Elders Have to be stripped of all we have.
