Extended Warrenty Scam

In 2007 we puchased a car at A betterway Wholesale in Naugatuck. We bout the extended warranty for 5 years. Months after we purchaced the car i cancelled the extended warranty due to every time something went wrong with the car it was not covered. I was to receive a refund of my money for the extended warranty 2 years i have been paying in my car payments every month for 2 and a half years. I have been dealing with the financial department trying to get my refund for over a month now, but i am getting the run around and told to call back in 15 mins every single time i call. Today 1/27/10 i call and Mr Nelson said he has a check waiting to be signed by the owner and once again asked that i call back in 15 mins. I called back 1 hour later and was told i was not going to like the news. The owner will not sign my check. Mr Nelson said he cant do this anymore that i have to call and talk to the owner. This has been going on for over 7 to 8 months and i can not believe the way they do business
