I had been in the gate a whole five minutes before a 9AM starting and there is no ticketing representative in the entrance. Evidently they'd previously shut the entrance even though airplane didn't remove until after 9:10AM. I moreover needed to spend one more $40 to obtain fresh solution to get a later trip to obtain from JFK to IAD. I submitted a for inconsistency - I've had many routes nevertheless panel actually 5 minutes before starting - but all I acquired was "sorry." The support has certainly damaged, and that I doubt I'll travel again.
