Almost 3 months and they still have not fixed my car!

I bought a VW Beetle from Luxor Car on Oct. 29. Although test-driving the vehicle I observed it moved tough however the salesguy guaranteed me that it simply required motormounts changed also it was definatly not really a sign issue since that will show on their analytical reviews. Luxor did substitute the motormounts but it was not the issue since it was still moving tough. After 3 transmission stores, nearly a few months of lacking an automobile, and 3 car payments later... It has been based on a VW supplier that my car requires a whole new indication. Luxor won't allow the seller substitute the transmission simply because they believe the seller is attempting to upsell which AAmco may simply resolve the indication. I had been informed from the operator he does not owe me a brand new indication-he just owes me a transmission that's exactly the same quantity of kilometers or less onto it. Therefore he would proceed research junkyards to determine if he may find someone to place in my vehicle. I acquired to generate my new-car for less then 3 months! And that I have not noticed it since!
