Called me out of the blue about insurance renewal. Then sent me to another company who sent me back to her again. This happened repeatedly so asked for bosses and got no response. I have already paid this company for my auto policy thru 10.

I could not get straight answers from them so I had to go on line and get insurance from another provider. Luckily my bank is filing a fraud claim to investigate this matter as I will never get the truth out of them.

I have also filed complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office
